NRCAC staff is available to meet with CAC Directors and Board of Directors to provide training on Succession Planning.
A succession plan is essential for planned leadership transitions and for emergency situations to sustain a healthy, functioning organization in accordance with the new standards for accreditation.
This training will provide documentation for NCA standards of accreditation requirements (Organizational Capacity).
The CAC has a written succession plan to insure the orderly transition and continuance of operation of the CAC.
