The Northeast Regional Children’s Advocacy Center (NRCAC) has an opening for a full-time Training Specialist (previously titled “Outreach Coordinator”) to join our team. We are recruiting for a dynamic professional with a strong background in multi-disciplinary child abuse team development and understanding of the Children’s Advocacy Center model. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as a team member and have excellent skills in communication and facilitation in training and technical assistance activities working with State Chapters, CACs and MDTs. Excellent skills in facilitation of teams and team development valued. The ability and willingness to travel approximately 60% of work time is required.
Although the main office is located at the Philadelphia Children’s Alliance (PCA), the successful candidate will be a remote employee having close communication with the Project Director and two additional Training Specialists located in the northeast. The Training and Resource Coordinator is based at the office at PCA and provides administrative support and coordination for the project.
